About Me
Ivette Fuertes, CPA
Ivette started DemandCFO in the fall of 2018. Her passion for improving efficiencies and problem solving led her to start her own consulting company with a focus on helping start ups and small businesses get access to a CFO and financial reporting conducted by a licensed CPA. Ivette helps her clients develop sustainable business strategies to grow profitably while mitigating risk. Her services include setting strategic direction, managing financial operations, and building exit strategies, with a focus on helping CEO’s increase the value of their business.
Prior to starting DemandCFO Ivette held multiple finance and accounting positions in early stage businesses engaged in the technology and SAAS industries. Most recently, she worked at Influenster, an early stage Series A Startup, as the Head of Finance, Accounting and Operations. During her tenure at Infuenster she partnered with the CEO to achieve double digit sales growth year over year, improved profit margins significantly and increased the bottom line.
Ivette holds an active Certified Public Accounting license (CPA) in the State of New York. Prior to becoming a CPA, she completed a Master's in Professional Consultancy and Accounting, a Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and International Business all from Villanova University.
